Wilson is a chartered occupational health and safety professional of IOSH (CMISOH) and a Certified Safety Professional CSP from BCSP with extensive experience in the construction sector. My key responsibilities include developing, implementing, and monitoring strategies for managing Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) management systems, improving organizational performance, preventing injuries, reducing risks, and ensuring compliance with legal & HSE regulatory requirements.
Aside from professional duties, he is actively advocating for health and safety globally. He is an active volunteer for IOSH and the CAM UAE HSE Group, where he mentors HSE professionals and spreads the health and safety message.
Lifeline is a platform that will make it easier for him to reach a wider audience, with their specific needs, supporting them throughout their career, to continue making the workplace safe. Advocating for women in safety is one of his main priorities.
